About the Authors of this SAP ABAP Book

Thorsten Schneider is a product manager in the Product & Innovation HANA Platform department at SAP AG. His main focus is the implementation of business applications based on ABAP and SAP HANA.

Eric Westenberger studied mathematics at the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany, where he was awarded his doctorate degree in the field of singularity theory. Since 2005, he has been working for SAP AG, where he is currently a product manager for SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver.

Hermann Gahm is a principal consultant in the performance CoE of SAP Global IT Application Services. In this position, he is primarily responsible for performance analysis and optimization of the internal SAP ABAP systems powered by SAP HANA.
